In the heart of Èze-Village, Maison Galimard invites visitors behind the scenes of perfume creation in a setting that brings together heritage, craftsmanship and French expertise.
The guided tour also traces the history of Grasse and explains how the town became the world capital of perfumery, before introducing the raw materials, the composition laboratory and the main stages of perfume creation.

The tour begins in the museum, which traces the history of perfumery and explains how Grasse became its world capital. Raw materials, extraction methods, objects and historic pieces offer insight into the evolution of techniques and perfumery expertise over the centuries.
The Perfumer’s laboratory
A highlight of the tour is the opportunity to observe the laboratory and the perfumer at work, from creation and blending to the balance of olfactory notes.
Perfumers bring unique creations to life through their mastery of raw materials and olfactory accords. This space offers an insight into the different stages of perfume composition and the world of the “Nose”. Their work reflects the precision and creativity that define Maison Galimard.
