Orders and Galimard products
Do the prices include VAT or are they tax free?
You will be able to check the total amount of the order before confirmation and payment.
Delivery to a European Union country: the VAT applicable is that of the destination country.
Delivery to non-EU countries: products are invoiced exclusive of VAT (i.e. exclusive of 20% VAT). Customs duties may be due on delivery.
United Kingdom: following the new export rules put in place for the Brexit, we are currently only accepting orders over £135 (approx. €151).
Products are invoiced exclusive of VAT. UK VAT and any customs duties will be collected by Parcelforce on delivery. Parcelforce will charge a £12 handling fee to the recipient.
To display the appropriate prices, you can select the country of delivery in the dialog box at the top right of the screen. If you are logged in to your customer account, prices will be displayed for your usual delivery address.
Do you deliver to foreign countries?
We ship our products to many countries all over the world (with the exception of a few countries, including Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel).
How long will it take to receive my order?
The average processing time (from confirmation to shipping) for an order is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays), exceptionnally up to 5 days. For personnalized products (your creation) : processing 3 to 7 days. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details of the parcel upon shipping.

I cannot find the product I am looking for, what should I do?
You can search for products on the e-shop homepage.
All available fragrances are on sale on the website. If the fragrance you are looking for is not listed, unfortunately it means that we have discontinued its production and it is no longer available.
I have created my own perfume at the Studio des Fragrances Galimard, how can I reorder it?
You can order your creation and the matching products on this page.
You can choose home delivery, delivery to a pick-up point, or collection from our store in Grasse.
For collection from our store in Grasse:

Is it possible to purchase a gift card for your products?
You can purchase a gift card for the online shop. The gift card is valid for one year and can only be used for purchasing products on the website www.galimard.com.
Gift vouchers for in-store purchases are only available in physical stores.
May I receive samples ?
We offer a set of 12 samples (2ml sachets) at a price of 3.33 € (excl. VAT). Free shipping if you order the set alone.
A sample set of the Collection Privée fragrances is also available.
What are the payment methods available?
Your order can be paid by credit card ((Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.
These options will be proposed during the ordering process.
The order will be confirmed and processed only upon receipt and validation of full payment.
What are the shipping method and costs?
Depending on the country of delivery, orders are shipped via La Poste with tracked Colissimo or with a carrier (UPS or FedEx).
Shipping costs:
- Mainland France and Monaco: 6.50€ incl. taxes per order, free shipment for orders over 150€
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland : 11€ incl. taxes per order
- Shipping costs for other countries: shipping costs are automatically calculated when ordering, according to the weight of the parcel and the country of delivery. You will be able to see the amount in your basket before the order confirmation.
We are aware that for some destinations our shipping costs are high. Unfortunately, the shipment of perfume products is subject to regulatory constraints, as products containing alcohol are classified as dangerous goods. This limits the possibilities of air transport and has an impact on cost. If you wish to order only products without alcohol content (=cosmetics, soaps, shower gels, candles), please contact us and we can send you our quote including economy shipping.
The shipping costs are non-refundable for parcels not delivered, not claimed, returned and refused.
What happens if I change my mind on my purchase?
Within the EU: in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery to return one or more products (in the original packaging and unused). Within the framework of a valid exercise of a right of retraction, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed; the return costs remain at your charge. We can proceed to an exchange of products. If you prefer a refund, it will be done by the payment method used for the order within 14 (fourteen) days following the reception of the returned package.
In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging without having been used, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a letter with your order details.
This guarantee does not apply to customized products (perfume creation at Studio des Fragrances).
Please note we do not accept returns for cosmetic products.
Return costs are the the expense of the buyer.

Where are your perfumes manufactured?
All our perfumes are manufactured in our laboratory and conditioning rooms located in Grasse; our fragrances are Galimard exclusive creations.
Where can I find your products?
Our products are available in our Factories and boutiques located on the French Riviera and in Paris, in our online shop and at selected retailers. All our points of sale.
Visits and workshops
During the workshops, is the accompanying person able to create his own perfume?
During the workshop, the creator and the accompanying person are seated together at the same organ. Only one creation of an Eau de Parfum 100ml is realized.

How long do the tour/the perfume creation workshop last?
For the tour of our Factories-Museum, you can expect to be with us approximately one hour (including product demonstration and boutique). The perfume creation workshops in our Studio des Fragrances last 1 hour 30 to 2 hours.
How to offer a perfume creation workshop?
To offer a perfume creation workshop in Grasse, Eze Village or Paris, you can purchase a gift voucher. Instant delivery by email. The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used to book a perfume creation workshop.
Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
I would like to come and visit your factory, should I book it?
For individuals, a reservation is not necessary.
The visits of our Factories-Museum in Grasse and in Eze-Village take place from Monday to Sunday, bank holidays included.
