Orders and Galimard products

The average processing time for an order is 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday), exceptionnally up to 5 days.

If your order is urgent, please let us know in the comments area.

Delivery with Colissimo :
– Metropolitan France: 24 to 48 hours

Delivery with UPS or FedEx :
2 to 7 days depending on the destination.

We ship our products all over the world (except currently to Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Romania, Israel).

Depending on the country of delivery, orders are shipped via La Poste with tracked Colissimo or with a carrier (UPS or FedEx).

Shipping costs:

  • Mainland France and Monaco: 6.50€ incl. taxes per order, free shipment for orders over 150€
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,  Switzerland : 11€ incl. taxes per order
  • Shipping costs for other countries: shipping costs are automatically calculated when ordering, according to the weight of the parcel and the country of delivery. You will be able to see the amount in your basket before the order confirmation.

The shipping costs are non-refundable for parcels not delivered, not claimed, returned and refused.

Within minutes of your order validation, you will receive a confirmation email.

In this email you will findd the summary of your order as well as a link that will allow you to access your personal account and follow your order status.

The order will be processed only upon receipt and validation of full payment.

You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped, with a tracking number and tracking link.

You can track the progress of your order online through your customer account.

You can check your parcel tracking through your customer account.

In case of problems or unusual delay, please contact our customer service through the contact form.

All orders are shipped via La Poste, in Colissimo with tracking, the delivery is guaranteed. If your parcel is lost, we will ship a new one, after investigation carried out by the Post.

Indeed, all orders shipped outside the EU will be invoiced without VAT, i.e. VAT 20% excluded.

You will be able to check the total amount of the order before confirmation. Possible customs fees may be due upon delivery.

Delivery to the UK : due to new export rules following Brexit, for now only orders over the equivalent of 135£ (=around 152€) can be confirmed. Products are now invoiced tax free. UK VAT and potential custom duties will be payable upon delivery of the goods by Parcelforce. Handling fee charged to the recipient by Parcelforce : 12£.

All our perfumes are manufactured in our laboratory and conditioning workshop located in Grasse; our products are Galimard exclusive creations.

If you want to amend (for example to add or remove a product) or to cancel your order, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible through direct call to: +33 (0)4 93 09 20 00 (from Monday to Friday), or through the contact form 

Your order can be paid by credit card ((Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.

These options will be proposed during the ordering process.

The order will be processed only upon receipt and validation of full payment.

We offer a set of 12 samples (2ml sachets) at a price of 3€. Free shipping if you order the set alone.

A sample set of the Collection Privée fragrances is also available.

Our products are only available in our Factories and boutiques located on the French Riviera, and in our online boutique.

Within the EU: in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery to return one or more products (in the original packaging and unused). Within the framework of a valid exercise of a right of retraction, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed; the return costs remain at your charge. We can proceed to an exchange of products. If you prefer a refund, it will be done by the payment method used for the order within 14 (fourteen) days following the reception of the returned package.
In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging without having been used, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a letter with your order details.

This guarantee does not apply to customized products (perfume creation at Studio des Fragrances)

Please note we do not accept returns for cosmetic products.

Return costs are the the expense of the buyer.

Visits and workshops

For individuals, a reservation is not necessary.

The visits of our Factories-Museum in Grasse and in Eze-Village take place every10/15 minutes throughout the day, from Monday to Sunday, bank holidays included.

For groups of 8 and more participants, a reservation is recommended, day and time at your best convenience.  

During this workshop, the creator and the accompanying person are seated together at the same organ. Only one creation of an Eau de Parfum 100ml is realized.

For the tour of our Factories-Museum, you can expect to be with us approximately one hour (including product demonstration and boutique).

The perfume creation workshops in our Studio des Fragrances last around 2 hours.
