Collection Privée Galimard

The world of perfumery is ever evolving ; taking inspiration from fashion, or the change of the seasons, it is constantly adapting to marvel  perfume lovers with fresh and new fragrances following the latest trends and industry advancements.

In the last few years, the industry has been marked by high demand for fragrances featuring gourmand notes with hints of fruit, and a sweet touch. So many brands have jumped on this trend – creating a wave of mass market fragrances that are hard to differentiate, one from the next.

At Galimard, we are a small, family owned company. Although we remain acutely aware of trends, we also have the opportunity of listening to the feedback of our clients, face to face, as most of our sales are made direct, onsite at our factories and shops.

With this invaluable information, we fine-tune our perfume offering to meet the needs of each individual, creating a unique array of fragrances to fit every taste. Through this process, a new collection was born.

The idea was to develop a line of perfumes, not by following a market study or trend, but by creating a unique set of fragrances that highlights different personalities, and step away from the mass market mixes that everyone else is wearing.

We wanted to create a collection that does not impose “masculine” or “feminine” packaging on the consumer. Each person is free to choose the fragrance that suits their unique personality.

Most importantly, we used only the most precious and noble primary materials – those most difficult to source. This is what gives the collection its edge.

As we are a small company, in the heart of the perfume industry in Europe, we were able to source the most rare and luxurious elements for this special collection – including some native to the region, such as the Centifolia Rose or Jasmin Grandiflorum, as well as more exotic notes such as Safran and Oud.

Finally, as most of our sales are made onsite in the South of France, not only are our fragrances rare and unique, but they also feature factory direct pricing. We offer the most exclusive fragrance notes available in the world, without the marketing markup.

The idea was to create a truly special collection, that reflects the history of our savoir-faire at Galimard Perfumes.

Galimard Perfumes Collection Privée: 275 years of experience distilled into seven amber bottles – the apex of a century long quest for quality.

We invite you to try the fragrances during a visit to our boutiques, or via our Discovery Set.
